[BETA] This database contains Gas Chromotgraphy - Electron Ion Mass Spectra (GC-EIMS) of Partially Methylated Acetate Alditols (PMAAs) of Complex Carbohydrate Molecules. Currently, our database consists of over 600 GC-EIMS spectras. We are in process of augmenting our database, so we will be glad if you would like to submit your spectra. You can browse the database or search for a particular spectrum. |

(COMING SOON) This database contains Nuclear Magnetatic Resonance spectra of Complex Carbohydrate Molecules. This database is currently under construction by our research group. Once developed, this database will feature a replica of tools available for the GC-EIMS database mentioned above. We would like to submit you to submit known spectra of macro-molecules to our system. This will help us in building a better classification system. |
